Main ferformance
 

Aluminum alloy case, integrated totally-automatic burner.
The blower fan designed in accordance with the three-dimensional-flow theory is suitable
for the half-pressure and whole-pressure furnace chamber.
The precise designing of the burning head will guarantee the best burning condition in the
whole output scope.
The operation process is completed automatically, which makes the operation of the burner
safe and reliable.
Convenient installation and maintenance.
It can be designed according to the customer's requirements.

  Controlling method
  In order to meet the requirements of different customers, the burner can be classified into s-
ingle-stage type, double-stage type, double-stage step-by-step type and proportionally adjust-
ing type.
Single-stage type: On/Off operating mode.
Double-stage type: The output of the burner has three operating mode including cut-off, li-
ght fire, heavy fire. Under the control of the temperature or pressure switch, the burner can
switch automatically between the light and heavy fire.
Double-stage step-by-step type: the burner of double-stage step-by-step type can smoothly
transit between the heavy and light fire, therefore, the proportion of air/fuel can be accurately
adjusted in the whole operation scope (Min.---Max.)
Proportionally adjusting type: the burner of proportionally adjusting type is suitable for the
burning equipment where there is fluctuation of load and much high requirement of controll-
ing, the output of the burner which can be continually adjusted in the whole burning scope c-
an match the load of the equipment.
